Professional Experience

 

·    Served, successively, as Deputy Manager, Administrator of the Department of Environmental Health, and Administrator of the Department of Correctional Care & Telemedicine at Denver Health & Hospitals between 1986 through 2000.

·    Directed the Health Facilities Division of the Colorado Department of Public   Health & Environment from 1982 through 1986.

·    Directed the Colorado Certificate of Public Necessity Program for review and   approval of hospital expansion plans from 1978 through 1982.

·     Operated own health planning consulting & training firm

·    Served as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado and the University  of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
