Aspen Hut Hopping is a tour for the young at heart, of strong stamina, and average cross-country skiing ability. Magnificent views offered surrounding overnights in the Barnard Memorial Hut, Goodwin Greene Hut, and Markley Hut. Leader Fred Ruckhaus promises to show you how to wedel on your skinny skis.

The Norway Outing this summer is scheduled to go. You may join the group for the full three weeks or you may join the group in Frankfurt or Oslo, depending on which itinerary you choose.

Winter Park Ski School has offered to sell us books of ten ski lessons at $15 per book, providing three books are sold at one time.

The Denver CMC board went on record as favoring the establishment of Colorado’s first state park. This park would contain the Pińon Pine Grove near Fort Collins, which grove is located farther north than any other such grove known to exist.

The state annual meeting will doubtless be designated as the one “when everyone got lost in the frost,” to and from Mt. Vernon Country Club near

Denver, where the meeting was held, a regular Mountain Club adventure.

Pikes Peak annual meeting was held at the Plaza Hotel, where there was a larger than usual attendance and was followed by an exhibition of autochrome slides.

Fort Collins Group is spending New Year’s at Colorado Aggies’ Mountain Lodge, five miles from Estes Park.
