REGISTRATON For School and Youth Groups

We work to serve the needs of teachers and youth groups and therefore our registration is catered to each group and is conducted by phone or email.

1. Please review the class offerings

2. Have the following information ready:

Your Contact information:

  • Name of contact person
  • Name of school or group
  • Daytime and evening phone number
  • Fax number
  • Mailing address
  • E-mail address

Group information and demographics:

  • Age/grade level of students
  • Number of students & chaperones
  • Description of any special needs

We strive to keep our fees as low as possible by soliciting support from foundations and corporations that often ask for our participant demographic information:

  • % of school population that received free and reduced lunch
  • ethnic background (% of school or group: Asian, American Indian, African American, Hispanic, Caucasian)

note: classes are offered Tuesdays-Fridays from 10a.m.-1p.m.
Other days and times may be negotiated depending on staff availability.

Payment Information

YEP! charges for the number of students pre-registered.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a 12 student minimum payment per scheduled class. For each 15 students or less, one adult chaperone or teacher may attend free of charge. Additional adults are welcome to attend and pay the program fee.

SCFD Scholarships:

The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District provides scholarship money for most schools and youth groups located in the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Boulder, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson. Funds are available for partial class admission and/or transportation. Please inquire about eligibility and availability of funds when making your reservation.

After registration

Confirmation packets will be mailed, e-mailed or faxed. Packets include: directions, class details, pre & post activities and a required release of liability waiver (if applicable). Completed waivers/photo releases are required for participation in climbing and field-based classes.
